Return & Shipping Policy

Returns

-All returns will be for store credit only.

-Please send returns to: 6221 Waxwood Court, Brentwood, TN 37027.

-Since we offer free shipping, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

-All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of original purchase.

-An email will be sent notifying the customer that your return has been processed.

-We do not accept returns on jewelry, shoes, and swimwear.

-Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, deodorant, dog hair, stains, or cigarette smoke.

-The original tags must be attached to the item.

-Sale items cannot be returned. 

-Please include the packing slip with return.

Exchanges 

-We will do our best to accommodate exchanges, but due to our ever changing inventory, we may not be able to accommodate the exchange for the item in a different size/color.  Exchanges can be made for another item in our store.  If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a store credit.

-Store credits must be used within 60 days and is final sale.

Shipping 

- We offer free shipping through USPS to the continental U.S.

- Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel. 

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

-After being processed, shipping typically takes 3-4 business days.

-Please double check your shipping address.  We are not responsible for orders typed incorrectly.  

-We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit.  You will need to file a claim with the USPS if your package is lost in transit.
